What is your superpower?
I believe my superpower is being able to trust my gut. I know it sounds simple but being able to really listen, feel, and then have the trust in your gut is a process that I have had to nurture over many years. When you are working in a business with such high risk/high reward, it has been an imperative tool for me, and the truth is that my gut never fails me.
Who are some of the wonder women in your life?
My number one wonder woman is my best friend of 19 years, and business partner of 12 years. Sarah and I started the company together, and she is truly the most influential and significant person that has been a part of my life. Our relationship is one that has taught me countless life lessons and keeps me inspired everyday, we push and support each other in a way that no one else can.
What do you hope the next generation of Wonder Women accomplishes?
I hope the next generation will accomplish whatever it is that they want with no questions asked and without limitations. Having to justify or explain yourself is just a waste of time.
How can women uplift and celebrate each other?
I think we can uplift each other by acceptance. Acceptance is a powerful thing, we don't all have to agree or come from the same place - but if we have acceptance for each other, our accomplishments together are more powerful.
Wonder Woman also need a break, how do you recharge?
I have a house upstate that is my place of peace, it is a great balance to my life in the city. I love being outside in my garden, cooking, and sauna-ing.
