Returns & Exchanges

 

All full priced, unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. All custom pieces and special orders are FINAL SALE. If you have a question about a custom piece or special order please contact, info@kbhjewels.com.

Please note the below exceptions for all returns and exchanges:

  • Product showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • Custom or Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 
  • Any item bought during a sale event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

To exchange an item please email us at info@kbhjewels.com. If you are shipping back your order, please ensure it is packed securely and in its original packaging. KBH Jewels is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

KBH Jewels will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or caused by misuse will require a repair charge. Repairs will be assessed individually and communicated prior to repairing.
