Returns & Exchanges


 

All full priced, unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns & exchanges. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. All items purchased and shipped internationally are FINAL SALE. All custom pieces and special orders are FINAL SALE. If you have a question about a custom piece or special order please contact, info@kbhjewels.com.

Please note the below exceptions for all returns and exchanges:

  • Product showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • Custom or Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 
  • Any item bought during a sale event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

To exchange an item please email us at info@kbhjewels.com. If you are shipping back your order, please ensure it is packed securely and in its original packaging. KBH Jewels is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

Submit a return request

  • Click the account in the store's menu.
  • Log in to your account:
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Request return".
  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
